Henry directs the federal government activities of the USDA- Natural
Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in both Marion and Hendricks
counties. Current activities include assisting the districts with
federal technical and financial assistance programs. Henry leads
all conservation planning efforts in both districts and in addition
provides technical assistance .
